As soon as you press the "Send" button, the message input into the edit window will be sent to the authorized person's mobile phone as an SMS. He or she will contact you as soon as possible, in order to agree about actions to be taken. Therefore please take care to include the following data into the text:

• your name
• company name
• phone number (if necessary, indicate the area and/or country prefix)
• short description of the problem.

Bear in mind that the message transferred in this way cannot be longer than 132 characters.
